Kathlyn T. Caragay teaches at the Department of Psychology, University of the Philippines-Diliman. Before becoming a full-time faculty member, she worked as a researcher and consultant in different fields such as education, health, and design. She graduated from the Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Master of Statistics programs at the same university, and is currently doing her dissertation for the PhD in Psychology program (Major: Personality and Individual Differences o PAID, Minor: Social Psychology). Aside from test development and measurement in PAID, her other research interests are environmental psychology, educational psychology, and pagkataong Pilipino.
Si Kathlyn T. Caragay ay nagtuturo sa Departamento ng Sikolohiya, Unibersidad ng Pilipinas-Diliman. Bago maging full-time na miyembro ng fakulti, nagtrabaho siya bílang mananaliksik at konsultant sa iba’t ibang larangan tulad ng edukasyon, kalusugan, at design. Nagtapos siya ng Batsilyer sa Agham (Sikolohiya) at Master sa Estadistika sa parehong unibersidad, at kasalukuyang gumagawa ng disertasyon para sa programang PhD sa Sikolohiya (Major: Personality and Individual Differences o PAID, Minor: Social Psychology). Bukod sa pagbuo ng panukat at pagsukat sa PAID, ang iba niyang interes sa pananaliksik ay environmental psychology, educational psychology, at pagkataong Pilipino.
