But you don't have to wait that long to get a taste of what's to come. This June, Universal CityWalk will be welcoming the all-new Universal Epic Universe Preview Center, an interactive experience designed to give guests an up-close look at this groundbreaking theme park.
The centerpiece of the preview center will be a massive model showcasing the entirety of Epic Universe from a bird's-eye view. This isn't your average static model though. Thanks to the magic of augmented reality, guests can use their mobile devices to bring exciting elements of the park to life! Location, Location, Location: The AR feature is exclusive to the Epic Universe Preview Center at Universal Orlando CityWalk. Once you're there, download the free app and get ready to be amazed.
Power Up Your Camera: The AR experience requires access to your device's camera. Simply point your camera at the breathtaking model of Epic Universe.
Witness the Epic Transformation: Watch in awe as the model comes alive with augmented reality! Witness thrilling rides in action, explore immersive worlds, and get a taste of the epic adventures that await.
Capture the Moment: Don't forget to capture these unforgettable moments! Tap the circle icon in the center of your screen to take photos of the AR-enhanced model.
Explore and Discover: Tap on the map pins scattered throughout the model to unlock information cards. These cards will reveal the names and brief descriptions of each location within Epic Universe.
