- Call or visit everyone in your Personal Sphere of Influence (SOI) and secure detailed information about family member’s names, addresses and email addresses. Ask for permission to email them, your monthly newsletter, invite them to visit your blog or send Neighborhood Reports or provide information about real estate market statistics.
- Enter your (SOI) list and details in your Bullseye plus CRM or other contact management program.
- Keep a list of who you haven’t contacted yet and continue your calls or visits next week.
- Design a monthly Social Media Marketing Plan.
- Make a list of 5 things you will accomplish by being successful in real estate. (Some of these things might be material gains and some might be abstract.)
- Develop a written Business Plan to analyze your personal and professional spending. Set realistic goals.
- Create a monthly expense budget for Marketing and the Technology Tools you plan to use.
- Identify business expenses, desired monthly income (net)
- Consider Hiring an Accountant
- Make a plan to set aside and pay taxes
