Once you have completed your Real Estate License Course and passed your exam, or if you are transferring from another Brokerage, schedule a Meeting with your Office Manager to process your real estate license application or transfer and or/ apply for reciprocal license in neighboring state, if applicable.

Once we have received your Information Form, we will process your KCRAR and MLS Membership forms and begin setting up your systems. We will send you a Welcome Letter with your KCRAR application forms to take with you login and passwords to the United Systems and Tools as soon as your License is processed with the State.
