The spring 2023 EPTA collaboration meeting will be hosted in Milan, in
the Physics Department of Milano Bicocca & the Brera Astronomical Observatory.

U2 Building - University of Milan-Bicocca, Piazza della Scienza 3, 20126 Milano
The U2 building can be reached in a 7-minute walk from the metro M5 Bicocca, along the Lilla line M5. U2 can also be reached through the train station of Milano Greco Pirelli (4 minutes walking distance) connected with train stations around the city as Milano Porta Garibaldi, Milano Lambrate.

Osservatorio Astronomico di Brera, Via Brera 28, 20121 Milano
The Brera Observatory is located in the very center of Milan downtown, walking distance from the metro lines M2 - green (stop Lanza), M1 -red (stop Cairoli), M3 - yellow (stop Montenapoleone).
Both the University of Milano Bicocca and Brera Observatory are also well serviced by buses and trams; check the ATM website and google maps to check out relevant routes and timetables.

Social events
Monday evening from 7pm: dinner/reception in Via Cozzi 14, 20125, Milan (10 minutes walk from the Bicocca Physics Department)
Tuesday evening: women in astronomy aperitivo. EPTA researches meet Bicocca researchers, more details will follow.
Wednesday evening, 9pm: Public lecture @Planetario. Alberto Vecchio will give an outreach talk at the iconic Planetario di Milano in the center of Milan (Corso Venezia 57, 20121 Milano). The event will be in Italian and it will cost 5 Euros per person.
Thursday evening at 8pm: Social Dinner at Testina (https://www.testina.eu/menu/) to eat the Milanese Ossobuco
IMPORTANT: The social dinner/social events will not be covered as there is no conference fee. Coffee breaks will be covered instead.

The closest airports to Milan are Malpensa and Linate (near Milan) and Orio al Serio (near Bergamo).
From the nearby airports to Milano
MALPENSA: From the train station inside Malpensa airport, you can take the Malpensa Express train to Milano Centrale.
LINATE: You can take the Starfly Bus to go from Linate airport to the train Station in Milano Centrale.
ORIO AL SERIO: You can rely on several bus companies that will bring you to the train station of Milano Centrale. Among them: Orio Shuttle and Airport Bus Express. The ride takes roughly 1hr, depending on the traffic.
