The Joanna R. Baker Memorial Graduate Fellowship was established by friends and colleagues of Dr. Baker to recognize her extraordinary vision of interdisciplinary research and application of information technology to problem solving in the public sector.
Student applications are matched in the NinerScholars portal based on the following criteria:
The Fellowship will be awarded to the applicant who best demonstrates evidence of creative and rigorous solutions applied to challenging public and social policy problems.
New or continuing, full-time master’s or doctoral student in good standing.
U.S. Citizens, permanent residents of the United States, and international students eligible.
Award: $3,000 plus $750 travel allowance.
