Dr. CRAIG R. BROWN GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP
Dr. Craig R Brown was a UNC Charlotte honors student while receiving numerous awards as a soccer athlete including SunBelt Conference top male academic athlete for two years. Craig also earned a PhD in Finance from the University of Georgia and established a successful career in finance. The Dr. Craig R. Brown Graduate Fellowship was created to encourage students to seek a graduate degree to improve society in their chosen field.
Student applications are matched in the NinerScholars portal based on the following criteria:
First year, full-time master’s or doctoral student.
Minimum GPA of 3.2-4.0.
U.S. Citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
Intent to focus research on topics that will impact societal issues.
To apply students must have earned an undergraduate degree
Award: $2,000 plus in-state tuition. Tuition award available for a second year, providing criteria met.
