By the end of fellowship, trainees will attain mastery of standard intensive care procedures. There is opportunity to perform a wide array of procedures with increasing autonomy. All fellows also participate in simulation at the state -of-the-art M Simulation Center.  Upon graduation, fellows will have a robust procedure log to serve as documentation of procedural training and competence.
