Procedures
By the end of fellowship, trainees will attain mastery of standard intensive care procedures. There is opportunity to perform a wide array of procedures with increasing autonomy. All fellows also participate in simulation at the state -of-the-art M Simulation Center. Upon graduation, fellows will have a robust procedure log to serve as documentation of procedural training and competence. At a minimum, all fellows will complete the required procedural skills and critical care clinical skills listed below, though fellows may exceed these minimum requirements and may participate in additional optional procedures and skills.
