University Dates and Deadlines

Please consult One Stop for important dates and deadlines each semester. These dates include billing statement dates, tuition refund dates, deadlines for changing grade basis, etc.

• Last day to add full semester and first 7-week session classes without instructor approval: 1st Monday after semester starts

• Last day to receive a 100% tuition refund for canceling full semester and first 7-week session classes: 1st Tuesday after semester starts

• Last day to change grade basis (A-F or S/N) or variable credits in full semester and first 7-week session classes: 2nd Monday after semester starts

• Last day to add full semester and first 7-week session classes without college approval: 2nd Monday after semester starts

• Last day to cancel full semester and first 7-week session classes and not receive a "W": 2nd Monday after semester starts

• Last day to cancel first 7-week session classes without college approval and receive a "W": 9th Monday after semester starts
