Project I-LEAD: Interdisciplinary Learning Disability Education to Advance Development - This personnel preparation project provides interdisciplinary training, including fieldwork, for special educators and school psychologists to support students with or at-risk for high-intensity needs due to learning disability via evidence-based practices with multitier systems of support. US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (2019-2024).

Project LEEP: Leaders Enhancing Evidence-based Practice - This leadership grant prepares future faculty in school psychology with a focus around research-based multitier systems of support in urban schools. Co-Principal Investigator & Leadership Coordinator (PI: Robin Codding), US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (2016-2021).

Project PRIDES: School Psychologists Responding in Diverse Educational Settings - This personnel preparation project provides intensive training and financial support to future school psychologists to specialize in research-based multi-tier systems of support in urban schools.
