The Human Resources (HR) team at the School of Kinesiology manages personnel-related matters within the school's academic and administrative environment to support the needs of our faculty, staff, and students. Internally, they oversee tasks including recruitment and hiring processes, benefits/payroll, employee record management, staff development and training, and more. The team also acts as a bridge between the school and other university offices to ensure adherence to HR policies. This dual role underscores the commitment to nurturing a professional, efficient, and supportive HR environment that contributes to the overall success of the school.
