You can register an account with us if either your school is already a registered UKMT Centre or not.
Once you register a member of our team will contact you for any further information required, such as school ID. Before you can use your Competition Profile you will need to be authorised. This can be done by either a member of our team, or an existing registered coordinator within your school.
Overseas Schools must be registered with an approved inspectorate of the British schools overseas inspection scheme and be listed here, to be eligible to register with UKMT.
Please take a look at our video walk through on how to register as a coordinator. Written instructions can be found below.
Step 1 - Selecting your school
If you are new to your Competition Profile and do not yet have an account, please select the ‘Register as coordinator’ button, highlighted with an orange arrow to the right.
You will then see the ‘Register as coordinator step 1/2’ screen to the right. Please select a region from the dropdown menu, then start to type in your city and school.
This should then offer you options to select from as you start typing. You can select your school name when it appears, then click ‘Next step’.
Please note: If your school does not appear on the list please contact us.
Step 2 - Personal information
You will then be presented with some information boxes to fill out, including your name, email address, and your chosen password.
Please note: We recommend making your username match your email address to avoid any difficulty remembering account details.
There are also some boxes to tick, so you can unsubscribe from the UKMT Newsletter should you wish to do so.
You can edit your Competition Profile at any time.
We will only use your data in a safe and appropriate way.
Step 3 - Requesting registration
Once you click the 'Request Registration' button we will receive a notification to authorise you.
We verify you before approving authorisation to keep everyone as safe as possible, this is usually done by requesting a photo of your school ID.
Students should not be authorised as this gives them access to their school data and purchase history, and would enable them to make purchases on behalf of the school.
Helpful tip: If your school has any coordinators already registered with us, they can log in and authorise you also, you may find this more time efficient.
