If you are the main coordinator for your school, you will now be able to authorise new accounts.

If you are not the main coordinator and they cannot transfer this role to you, you can get in touch with us to help.

Authorising an account

If someone else requests to become a coordinator for your school, you will be able to see that request under the ‘coordinator’ tab from the left-hand side grey menu. You can click the ‘approve’ or 'reject' button (shown below) to approve or reject the account.

Please note: If you see someone who looks suspicious or should not be asking for approval, please make sure you delete the request by using the 'Erase' button, and contact us to let us know so we can stay vigilant.
