The Media Centre is your planning playground. Come use our colour printers, laminators, paper cutters, and more - or spread out at our tables, perfect for individual or collaborative work. Have questions? Our staff are happy to help!
Submit a Request
If you aren't able to come to the Media Centre in person, complete a request via our Google form - we'll provide you with supplies and/or support to complete your project.
NOTE: Requests submitted without a completed Google form will not be fulfilled.

About the Media Centre
The Media Centre is available to all UGDSB staff, school-based or otherwise, who need access to printing and planning services.
Our space is set up for self-service access to the various machines and supplies, but our staff are also available on site to provide guidance and support.
Visitors are limited to active employees of the board - no family or friends, please. Staff members on a leave of absence (i.e. parental, illness) can access our services after returning to work. If you have questions about this, contact Lauren Bull - Supervisor, Library & Media Services.
Requests submitted via our Google form are fulfilled in the order they are received - unfortunately, we cannot do rush jobs.
