All services and supplies used at the Media Centre get "charged back" to the staff member's school, department, or program.
How To Reconcile Chargebacks Online
Visit the TJRC Chargeback Site and enter your username and password.
Search by budget code, school name, or program name and review the records of usage and billing
Administrators and office coordinators can also run date specific reports to assist with reconciling monthly chargebacks. Totals are downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet.

How To look up Copy & Print Chargebacks
Sign into Google Drive > Team Drive > OC Chargebacks (to join the group, contact erin.bloemberg@ugdsb.on.ca)
Click on current school year
Select Copy Folder and select Find School / Dept by either
Scrolling through the list (alphabetical)
Using the CTRL+F (search function) to locate school, department, and/or cost centre
Repeat this process with the Print Folder
