About me

Hello! My name is John Hill. I am currently a Post-Doctoral researcher after completing my PhD in Papoutsakis' lab in August 2025. My research focuses on leveraging engineered, interspecies interactions to optimize bioprocesses, especially microbial bioprocesses. 

Before coming to UD, I completed my Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN.
