Are you interested in serving your cohort as a
student representative?
Student Reps are a core group of MAT students who volunteer to make a difference during the year. In the past, students reps have organized many types of activities and events. Here are some of the key responsibilities of the student reps:
nurture a positive, caring, and encouraging community for all (an absolute must!)
meet regularly with the program coordinator
meet regularly as reps to organize cohort events and discuss cohort needs
maintain good academic standing throughout the program
Summer
Art Workshops
You will take 3 sessions of your Art Methods class (ED 325) during the summer. During the winter, you will only need to have two sessions of ED 325.

Our MAT candidates engage in a 3-quarter inquiry of a dilemma of practice. This inquiry project culminates on July 26, when our graduating MAT candidates present their research projects and findings to UCI Faculty, the incoming MAT class, and community guests.
