I set professional goals and regularly reflect on progress as well as the impact I have on my students and community. Each school year I take time to set a few professional goals that will help me learn and grow as a leader in education. The main evidence is found in my curriculum vitae. My vitae is a repository of all of the accomplishments and goals that have been met in the past seven years.
