Editorial
Editorial changes are those that DO NOT require governance approval
The following editorial changes will be updated in both the current and upcoming Calendars, but do not need to be listed as errata:
Web/contact Information - Phone numbers, e-mails, physical locations, web page links
Spelling or punctuation errors
Minor changes to formatting
Calendar navigation or administrative text
The following editorial changes will only be updated in the next Calendar draft:
General information - descriptive or recruitment-focused information
Reordering or reformatting of content, as long as it does not change the meaning of the policy or regulation
Members of the Faculty / The Professors sections - Faculties are encouraged to replace these sections with a link to a faculty or university staff listings page
These changes can be submitted at any point during the Calendar production cycle until the final editorial deadline (normally mid-February along with the final Calendar review). Most editorial changes can be sent directly to calendar@ualberta.ca. The format of submission for editorial changes is at the discretion of the change proposer.
