Healthy Domain Account 

All computers in the clinical environment require a login for access. Your Healthy Domain account gets you into AHS computers and provides access to the AHS network, the AHS intranet, and the internet. You will be prompted and required to change this password every 3 months or so.

As a student, you will continue to use your University of Alberta e-mail address and have access to a computer in the Radiation Therapy Department with a provided password. Please check your email daily as this is a primary means of communication. You will also be given a student password for ARIA to access patient charts. The password allows you read-only access. 

The primary resource for policies, procedures, and departmental documents is RT Sharepoint. Links will be provided by your clinical faculty member.

You are given space on the H: Drive which is only accessible by you (or your login). This space can be accessed from any computer and is a good alternative to working with the My Documents folders on the local drives of the computers.

Please contact your clinical faculty member if you experience any challenges with technology.  They will contact the necessary areas to have your issues resolved.
