In order to participate in Clinical Placements, our clinical partner, Alberta Health Services (AHS), requires all students to hold a current and valid CPR certificate and N95 Mask Fitting certificate.
In order to participate in Clinical Placements, our clinical partner, Alberta Health Services (AHS), requires all students to hold a current and valid CPR certificate and N95 Mask Fitting certificate.
For the students' convenience, the program will offer the opportunity to obtain both certificates (costs to be covered by the students). If a student chooses to not participate in the CPR training and N95 mask fittings offered by the program, they will be responsible for their own renewals. Proof of certification in both CPR and the N95 Mask Fittings will need to be given to the Radiation Therapy Office to be kept on file for the time the student is active in the program.
