Access your course information and materials online through Canvas 

NOTE: All of your course materials are available to you through Canvas (or eClass) for the duration of your program so that you can study for your cumulative CAMRT licensing exam.

Get started with Canvas

Students who have courses in Canvas should follow this checklist to get started.

1. Login to Canvas at canvas.ualberta.ca with your CCID
   Your Campus Computing ID (CCID) is your main portal to accessing Canvas and many other campus applications like Bear Tracks, Email & Apps, and more.

2. Get familiar with the in-app Canvas resources portal
   Canvas offers on-demand learning resources, including in-app tutorials, guides and more.

3. Optional: Review the quick start guide

   • Using Canvas (For Students) has tips on finding your way around the U of A Canvas web app, including the Dashboard, the Global Navigation menu, and how to navigate between courses

4. Optional: Watch the Student Video Guides

   • Canvas offers many short videos to walk you through each step of using Canvas from submitting assignments to viewing your grades to changing your notification settings.

A note about eClass

If you started the program prior to Spring/Summer 2025, you will still have access to your previous courses via eClass.  All classes after Winter 2025 will be found in Canvas.
