If you experience a significant problem, have a complaint, or believe you have faced harassment or abuse, please reach out to Dr. May Sanaee, the Clerkship Coordinator.
All student complaints, appeals, and reports of harassment or abuse should be directed to the Clerkship Coordinator, who will handle them with strict confidentiality. The Coordinator may offer to meet with a staff member involved in the complaint on your behalf.
The Clerkship Coordinator aims to resolve conflicts to the satisfaction of all parties involved. In most cases, issues can be settled informally without resorting to the University’s formal complaints process. If necessary, the assistance of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs may be requested at the Clerkship Coordinator's discretion.
Students who fail the rotation will be required to schedule a meeting with the Clerkship Coordinator.
