ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The University of Alberta Hospital, Division of Cardiology, offers a 12 month clinical echocardiography Fellowship to meet Level 3 training standards, as defined by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society. During this period, trainees would be expected to participate in transthoracic, transesophageal echocardiography, as well as stress/dobutamine echocardiography training. In addition, a clinical research project is a mandatory component of this training.
