Strategic Change

I really enjoyed this project. I like that the details and content didn't come easy to me. The idea came from personal experience and how teacher leaders can transform how their colleagues can be swayed by their influence. It is beneficial to have teachers in the building who are knowledgeable in the use of digital tools and equipment.
