A native of Arkansas, Dr. Guy Litton earned his BA from the University of Arkansas and his MA from the University of Central Arkansas. In 1993 he earned his PhD in English from the University of South Carolina. He has been working at TWU since 1995 and has served as the executive director of TWU honors since its founding.
His fondest honors memory dates back to 1999 when the very first group of honors freshmen was recruited. He says, “That group has always been very special to me because they exhibited all the personal qualities you look for in honors students. They did not mind that we had not ‘officially’ created a program yet. They were willing to work hard to start one, and they did! I’m very proud of that group.” Dr. Litton enjoys meeting all of the bright, ambitious TWU honors students and seeing them explore and grow while in college. In his spare time, Dr. Litton enjoys gardening, reading, and fishing.
Mallory was born and raised in the DFW area and graduated from the University of North Texas, where she completed her BA, MPA, and PhD focusing on the processes of globalization and internationalization efforts at Higher Education Institutions around the world. Mallory joined TWU Honors in 2022 and looks forward to supporting students in their academic and personal journeys. Mallory believes in the holistic development of one's self, and strives to provide the tools and resources students need in their process of self-actualization.
When she’s not at work, Mallory enjoys cuddling with her pups (she is always willing to share photos), thrifting, and planning her next international adventure. She loves true crime podcasts, Disney, Rick Steves' PBS shows, and dragging her husband to Ikea.

Nicole was born and raised in North Texas, graduated with a B.B.A. from UNT, and joined the Texas Woman’s University Honors team in early 2022. She is excited to support and encourage our honors students throughout their college career, whether that is helping keep track of requirements, ensuring our two programs have the resources they need to run smoothly or hiring students to work with us in the office in order to gain workplace experience. Ultimately, she wants to see to it that not only do all of our honors students achieve their academic goals and graduate, but that they walk across the stage beaming with pride knowing they graduated from one of the most prestigious honors programs in the country.
When not in the Honors Office, you can find Nicole trying new local restaurants, painting, spending time with her nieces and nephews, or working on a home improvement project with her wife, Anna.
