Mrs. Quan works directly with students by teaching classroom lessons and providing small group and individual counseling support.

She also supports students indirectly by working with school staff on other student-focused teams and connecting families to additional resources and referrals.

ASCA: Role of the Counselor

Like other school counselors, Mrs. Quan seeks to help ALL students be more successful academically, social emotionally, and personally.

By teaching students tools to manage their emotions, apply social and academic skills, and utilize their strengths and gifts, they will be empowered to be respected citizens who compassionately and positively impact society.
