4 Step Correction Routine
The 4 Step Correction Routine
is an simple form of restorative correction that maintains dignity while redirecting minor behavioral problems.
First,
acknowledge someone doing it correctly.
Next, use the 4 step correction routine:
1. Ask neutrally if they are aware of the rule.
2. If they say yes, have them tell you. If no, tell them.Â
3. Have them demonstrate it briefly.
4. Praise them for doing it correctly. Move on.
