Library staff and PSO members may plan group events such as book fairs, OBOB tournaments, author events, STE(A)M events, and literacy nights. There are a few district procedures that must be considered when planning events.
Contracts & Service Agreements
All service agreements must be sent to the district Chief Financial Officer and their secretary.
TTSD protocols require that only district-designated signers (the CFO and the Superintendent) sign service agreements.

Scholastic Book Fairs
Scholastic Book Fair Service Agreements must also be signed by the CFO.
All book fair chairs should add the CFO as a co-chair in the Scholastic Host Hub, so they have access to the Service Agreement.
After adding the CFO as a co-chair, book fair chairs shall send the CFO or business office an email when they are ready to request a Service Agreement signature so that the CFO can sign it within the Host Hub.
Example Email Subject Line: <School Name> Scholastic Book Fair Agreement: Signature Requested
The CFO does not need to be involved or consulted regarding any other aspect of the book fair.
Booking Buildings
If staff need to use a building outside of school hours, they must reserve the space and check in with Operations.
