Summary

Legend has it that tofu was discovered about 2000 years ago by a Chinese cook who accidentally curdled soy milk. Now the way tofu was discovered and the way I ended up trying tofu is a coincidence. I very faintly remember going into the kitchen, and asking my mom what’s for dinner? Little did I know she was making tofu and she probably thought, if I tell him the truth he wouldn't like to eat it. So, she lied and told me it was chicken, and I believed her, and it kind of tasted like chicken.
