Summary

My father was in third grade, yet cooked meals for his big family of seven. Though this was all thanks to my Great-Grandmother and my Grandma, who taught him all the secrets of the kitchen. Just like the Italian's, the Irish always had big families and everyone would go to my Dad's house growing up for the holidays. He would be in the kitchen cooking up a storm, but one dish held its own, the Bread Stuffing. The bread would absorb the juice from the turkey, also the butter would get soaked up by the bread. This tasty recipe is a Croddick Thanksgiving tradition and will stay that way forever.
