The Organizations page shows all organizations in which you have Administrator permissions. On this page, you can:
view and search organizations
edit organization properties
export organization data to Microsoft Excel or CSV format files.
On the Organizations page, the following tools are available in the toolbar:
Find
Export
Find - If you are an administrator in multiple organizations, if you enter a search term in the Find field on the top-left corner of the page, the grid content is filtered to only display organizations that match your search. You can clear the search field by clicking the X button.
Export - Exports all data in the grid to the file format of your choice (Excel XLSX, CSV). You can select the export format from the menu that opens. For more information, see Exporting Data.
The toolbar also contains a Show only records for checkbox that is selected by default. When this option is selected, the grid only displays the organization you selected when you signed in. If you are an administrator in more than one organization, deselecting this checkbox refreshes the grid to display all your organizations.
To edit an organization:
Click the row Edit (pencil) icon.
The record opens for editing in a pop-up window. On the window header, the Created and Updated timestamps show who created and last updated the organization data and when.
Edit the organization properties as needed.
Organization name - The organization's name as defined either during registration or by a Trimble Admin.
Address - The organization's street address.
Postal code - The organization's postal code.
City - The city in which the organization is located.
Country - The country in which the organization is located or in which the Connected Forest® app is used.
State/Province - The state or province in which the organization is located or in which the Connected Forest® app is used.
Contact name - The organization's administrator or other contact person who is responsible for Connected Forest® related issues.
Contact Email - The email address of the organization's administrator.
Contact Phone - The phone number of the organization's administrator.
API Key - A password that is used by external applications when accessing data for the organization using an Application Program Interface.
Description - Additional information about the organization.
Business ID - The organization's business ID.
The Organization Code can only be edited by Trimble.
If you need to make changes to the organization type(s) of the organization, select or deselect the checkboxes at the top of the window.
These selections affect the functionality that is available within some apps.
Click SAVE to save changes to the organization.
The Subscriptions section in the organization window shows all the apps to which the organization has a subscription. For each app, the total number of current subscriptions and the number of unassigned (available) subscriptions are also shown. Editing subscriptions is not possible here; to add or delete subscriptions, open the Subscriptions page. For more information, see Subscriptions.
