Administrators for their organization can access and navigate the User Administration app using the navigation bar at the top of the page:
Select Organizations, Users, Subscriptions, Transaction History, or Invitations from the navigation bar, depending on which data you want to view or edit.
Below the navigation bar is the app toolbar. Depending on the page, some of the following tools are available:
Find
Add
Purchase Subscriptions
Export
Find - If you enter a search term in the Find field on the top-left corner of the page, the grid content is filtered to display results that match your search. You can clear the search field by clicking the X button.
Add - (Users page only) Opens a new window for adding a new user to the system. For more information, see Users.
Purchase Subscriptions - (Subscriptions page only) Can be used to purchase new app subscriptions for your organization. For more information, see Subscriptions.
Export - Exports all data in the grid to the file format of your choice (Excel XLSX, CSV). For more information, see Exporting Data.
The following principles apply to viewing data in all the grids in the User Administration app:
You can sort grid content by a column of your choice by clicking the column header. Click the column header again to reverse the sort direction. The third click clears the sort for the column.
In some grids, you may need to use the horizontal scroll bar to view all columns.
If the grid contains a lot of records, they are displayed in pages. You can use the navigation arrows at the bottom-right corner to go back and forth between pages and set the number of items shown on each page:
The following principles apply to editing data in all the editable grids in the User Administration app:
You can select a row for editing by clicking the Edit (pencil) icon (the record opens for editing in a pop-up window):

You can save changes to an existing record using the SAVE button. No changes on the form are saved until click SAVE.
When you add a new record, click the ADD button in the pop-up window to save changes.
To cancel your edits and return to the grid view, select the CANCEL button.
In all windows, the * sign indicates a required field.
