Welcome to Leaf Sense: Plant Care!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leaf Sense mobile application (the "Service" or "App"), operated by TQC Solution ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
To use certain features of the Service (such as saving your garden data and care schedules), you may be required to register an account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Leaf Sense uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to identify plants and detect plant diseases. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Informational Purpose Only: The content provided by Leaf Sense is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice from a botanist, horticulturist, or agricultural expert.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI technology is not infallible. The App may misidentify plants or misdiagnose diseases. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the results.
Safety Warning (Toxic Plants): Do not ingest (eat) or touch any plant based solely on the identification provided by this App. Some toxic plants look very similar to edible ones. We are not liable for any health damages, poisoning, or death resulting from reliance on the App's identification.
Plant Care: The care schedules (watering, misting) are general recommendations. We are not responsible for the death or damage of your plants resulting from following these schedules or from missed notifications (bugs, battery optimization, etc.).
Our Service allows you to upload photos of plants ("User Content").
License: You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and modify your User Content to operate the Service and improve our AI models (e.g., training the AI to recognize plants better).
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
The Service is supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions.
These advertisements may be targeted based on the content of information stored on the Service or other information.
The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by us on the Service are subject to change without specific notice to you.
We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered in third-party advertisements. Your dealings with advertisers found on or through the Service are solely between you and such advertisers.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TQC Solution and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group through the Service.
Use any automated system (robots, spiders) to access the Service.
Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TQC Solution be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of TQC Solution, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
