This Privacy Policy applies beginning March 12, 2026. Clean & Security - TQC (or "we") collects information from you in order to provide better service and give you a better user experience. We always put your privacy as the important consideration and Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Clean & Security - TQC, and its subsidiaries* ("TQC" or "we", or "our" or "us"), cares about the privacy of your personal information and is committed to protecting it. We may have to collect your personal data to provide you with the better weapons and the most up-to-date security. The TQC Privacy Policy applies to Clean & Security - TQC ("TQC") and unless specified, its subsidiaries, including TQC, TQC Clean, TQC Security, TQC Tools, TQC Apps and any contractors, representatives, agents, and resellers while they are working on our behalf (collectively "we," "us" or "our").
In providing Application, we collect, store and use the following Information relating to you:
2.1 Personal Information: "Personal Information" is information that identifies you or another person. Personal Information may include the following:
Information we collect as you use Application, such as certain Location Data and Log Data.
"Location Data" is information that we collect regarding your location (when you use a location-enabled service), including the location of your device, IP address, and other shared information.
"Log Data" is technical information automatically collected (cookies, web beacons, log files, etc.), including device configuration, searched terms, communication data, and Metadata.
2.2 Non-Personal Information: Non-Personal Information is any information that relates to you but from which it is not practicable to directly or indirectly identify you (such as hardware model, OS version, unique device identifiers, installed apps list).
2.3 Security Engine Data: The Security engine is powered by Trustlook SDK. Trustlook SDK provides security service and it will record certain information that included user's installed applications for app static & behavior analysis to give the app risk report.
2.4 Media and Storage Information: To provide the "AI Compress Media" feature, we request permission to access your device's storage, photos, and media library. We only access and process the specific image or video files that you explicitly choose to compress or optimize.
2.5 Payment and Transaction Information: We offer In-App Purchases (IAP) and Subscriptions for premium features. All payments are securely processed by the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details or billing address. However, we do receive and store purchase tokens, order IDs, and subscription statuses to unlock your premium features and maintain your account status.
3.1 We may use your Information for any purpose as below:
Provide Application and Services to you.
Provide the "AI Compress Media" feature: Media files selected by you are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Manage Subscriptions and Purchases: To verify your premium status, restore purchases, and provide related customer support.
Provide you with advertising and direct marketing that is more relevant to you.
Better understand how you access and use Application to improve Services.
Assess the effectiveness of advertising and marketing.
3.2 If any of your Personal Information comprises Your Content (as defined in the Terms of Service), we and our affiliate companies may use such Personal Information in accordance with the "Your Content" section of the Terms of Service.
3.3 The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, including SDK/API version, browser, IP address, MAC address, IMEI, session times, device model, battery use, etc.
3.4 To improve our product and provide you better service, we also share personal data with vendors or agents working on our behalf. For example, data analytical services.
3.5 We process Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy: necessary for the performance of the contract, to comply with legal requirements, for legitimate interests, and based on consent.
3.6 Our business may require us to transfer your Personal Data to countries outside of the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We take appropriate steps to ensure confidentiality.
3.7 Subject to limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data. You can withdraw consent at any time. Requests should be submitted to developer@tqcsolution.com.

Under mandatory legal requirements;

To safeguard our legitimate rights;
When you select the sharing function.
4.2 We and our affiliate companies may share your Personal Information within our group and with joint venture partners, third party service providers, and marketing partners to provide services, fulfill obligations, and improve the app.
5.1 We may provide links to third-party Web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties.
5.2 The information that you transfer through the Application may be intercepted by third parties. Please choose secure ways to transfer sensitive data.

5.4 Payment Processors: For In-App Purchases and Subscriptions, we utilize third-party billing providers (e.g., Google Play Billing). Your payment information is provided directly to these third-party processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We employ administrative, physical, and electronic measures to protect your Information. Please be aware that no security measures are absolutely guaranteed.
Your Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules.
We ask that you not send us any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., racial origin, political opinions, health, criminal background).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we might have information from a child under 13, please contact us at developer@tqcsolution.com.
We make sure our advertisements in application (contain the third-party ads) comply with industry self-regulatory guidance (DAA), including Facebook Audience Network native ads.
