All students at our university are assigned a unique 10-digit number called a "student ID number. "As a general rule, this number will not change until you graduate. The numbers indicate the faculty/department, year of enrollment, etc. as shown below. Please fill in the number accurately as it will be used to identify you when registering for courses, submitting exam answer sheets, making various notifications, applying for certificates, etc.
A student ID card will be issued to students who have completed the enrollment procedures at our university. Your student ID card is proof of your identity as a student of this university, so please carry it with you at all times. Furthermore, any pass that does not have the president's seal, the student's photo, and a sticker on the back will be invalid. Student ID cards cannot be lent or transferred to others.
~ Obligation to carry student ID card~
Your student ID card is proof of your identity as a student of this university, so you must carry it with you at all times and present it in the following cases:
(1) When requested by a faculty member of this university
(2) When taking an exam
(3) When receiving various certificates or student fare discount certificates (student discounts), etc.
(4) When purchasing a student commuter pass or student discount ticket, or when requested by an attendant when using it to board a train or ship, etc.
Without your student ID card, you will not be able to receive any certificates. In addition, you will not be able to use the library, take exams, or purchase commuter passes, so please be careful not to lose, deface or damage these items.
|Expiration date and renewal procedure
The student ID card issued at the time of enrollment must be used until graduation. Student ID cards with an expired sticker on the back are invalid.
|Return
If you are no longer enrolled in this university due to graduation, withdrawal, expulsion, etc., you must return your student ID card to this university. Please contact the office in charge of student life at your faculty.
|Reissue
If your student ID card is lost, damaged, or severely defaced, you must immediately notify the university and have it reissued. Please contact the office in charge of student life at your faculty.

PIN code to be used with the certificate issuing machine
A four-digit PIN code is registered to prevent unauthorized use by third parties. The PIN code registered during the online enrollment procedure is required when issuing certificates, etc. with the certificate issuing machine.
If any changes occur to the information you provided during the enrollment process, please fill out the appropriate form and submit it promptly to the academic affairs office of your faculty. Depending on the changes you wish to make, you can also make the changes in "Toyo Net-G" by going to "Student Menu">"Personal Information Management">"Student Information Application".
|Period of study
You must study for a minimum of four years to graduate. This period is called the "study period."
|Period of enrollment
The maximum period of enrollment at a university is eight years. This is called the "limit of enrollment". You cannot enroll for more than eight years. However, periods of leave of absence are not included in the limit of enrollment.
|Period of leave of absence
The total period of absence cannot exceed eight semesters (four years).
You cannot graduate unless you are enrolled at this university for at least four years and have acquired the required number of credits. If you are unable to acquire the required number of credits by the end of your fourth year, you are considered to be in a four-year standing. The total number of years you can be enrolled to acquire the credits required for graduation (maximum number of years of enrollment) is a maximum of eight years, so you will have to repeat your fourth year until you have acquired the required number of credits. *Students who are unable to graduate should follow the procedures provided by the Academic Affairs Division of their faculty.
