Auditor system under the “Tokyo Metropolitan Graduate School Consortium Agreement”

In accordance with Article 8 of the Toyo University Graduate School Academic Rules and Regulations, our students may audit classes and courses offered by the following member graduate schools of the Tokyo Consortium of Graduate Schools as auditing students under the agreement in order to earn credits necessary for the completion of their course. For more details, please be sure to check with your campus office. Please note that some courses may not be available for auditing.

Please also note that the following graduate schools are not members of this agreement: Course of Business, Accounting and Finance of Graduate School of Business Administration, Course of Public-Private Partnership of Graduate School of Economics and Graduate School of Information Networking for Innovation and Design.

■ Partner Universities of Tokyo Consortium of Graduate Schools

Kyoritsu Women’s University, Juntendo University, Senshu University, Chuo University, Tokyo Denki University, Tokyo University of Science, Nihon University, Hosei University and Meiji University

  1. The credits earned may be aggregated with credits of courses in other graduate schools and courses of Toyo University Graduate Schools and recognized as credits for completion, not exceeding 15 credits. If you wish to be an auditing student, please obtain the approval of your academic supervisor and apply to the office in charge at Toyo University.

  2. The application period is within the acceptance period designated by each partner university in which you wish to audit a course. (Please note that some universities only accept auditing students for certain courses in the spring semester, even if the courses are also offered in the fall semester.) The class schedule, academic catalog and other information of each partner university are available at the office in charge at Toyo University.

  1. The application documents required for auditing are distributed at the office in charge at Toyo University.

  2. Fees for auditing are 500 yen for 1 credit, 1,000 yen for 2 credits, and 2,000 yen for 4 credits. Please pay the applicable amount at the office in charge at the university in which you audit a course.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Toyo University Graduate School Academic Rules and Regulations, the following graduate schools cooperate with external research institutes to outsource research advising.
