Course of Bio-nano Science Fusion

Credits Required for Completion, etc.

  1. A student must earn at least 30 credits to satisfy the requirements to complete the Master’s program.

  2. Students have to register for Bio-Nano Science Fusion Research I - IV and Bio-Nano Science Fusion Seminar I - IV given by their supervisors.

Course Registration

  1. In principle, students have to register for Bio-Nano Science Fusion Research I - IV and Bio-Nano Science Fusion Seminar I - IV given by their supervisors every semester in numerical order.

  2. Students have to receive guidance instructions from their supervisors on course registration.

  3. English for Science and Technology is recommended for those students whose native language is not English.

  4. Web Education II is for students in the second year or later.

  5. In addition to the above, when it is recognized as necessary by students’ supervisors, a maximum of 15 units can be obtained in other Toyo University Graduate School or another university’s graduate school (through our joint agreement system), and can be counted towards the required units for degree completion (lectures of the same name may only be taken once).

  6. When writing a master’s thesis, students have to receive research guidance from their supervisor and co-supervisor(s).

Visiting Professor

In order to further the advancement, vitalization, and internationalization of educational research at the Graduate School, we have successful researchers from external research organizations to join our faculty to provide research guidance.

Students who wish to receive guidance from our visiting faculty should inquire with their supervisors.

Taking Online Classes

A student who is studying abroad or goes on a long term internship can take the “Research Review” class online with their supervisor, if their supervisor and the graduate school committee approve that would be necessary for the students. If you consider studying abroad as an exchange student, please contact with the Education and Student Affairs Section.
