At Toyo University, the four on-campus systems (Toyo University Official App, ToyoNet-G, ToyoNet-ACE and ToyoNet-Mail) are mainly used. You can log in to all the systems with your Toyo University email address (@toyo.jp) and password.

Toyo University Official App enriches the campus life of Toyo University students. Information from the university will be distributed on the official app. Be sure to download the app here and configure the settings below.
Very important information, such as class information in the event of a disaster, etc., will be provided through the app. Be sure to turn "ON" push notifications so that you do not miss any notices.
Class-related notices from the Education Affairs Section (announcement of class placement, etc.) will be provided using the app’s TOYO-info function. Select “Classes” from Push Notification Settings > Toyo-info > Notification Categories, and set up push notifications.
💡Push notification is a function that automatically sends notifications from the app.
ToyoNet-G is a system that allows students to register for courses, check their grades, check instructors' profiles, confirm class cancellations, change their registered address, etc.

Announcements from the instructor in charge of the class
When course registration is completed on ToyoNet-G, a course with the class name will be displayed on the list screen.
Announcements about classes will be posted within the classes and on ToyoNet-ACE by the instructor in charge of each class.
💡After completing course registration on the ToyoNet-G system, the registered courses will be reflected in ToyoNet-ACE from the following day onward. Please note that the courses will not be reflected immediately.

In addition to departmental guidance materials, various information regarding the department during your enrollment will be distributed on the “Notice” page, so please check the courses in your department.
