Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL) is a leading financial services company and 100% wholly owned subsidiary of IndusInd Bank, offering asset and liability product solutions with deep reach across rural, semi-urban, and urban India. Bfil As an organisation committed to financial inclusion and digitisation, BFIL partnered with TOOOPLE to build a pipeline of industry-ready technology talent through a structured campus-to-industry training program.
Program Overview
TOOOPLE delivered an intensive, multi-track technology training program for 25 students across September 6–29, 2021, covering approximately 150 hours of structured learning. The program was designed to take students from foundational concepts to deployment-ready skills within a single, cohesive engagement.
What Was Delivered
The curriculum was structured progressively across three phases:
Foundation (All students): Software Development Lifecycle, Basics of Microsoft Business Intelligence, and SQL Server fundamentals — establishing a shared industry baseline across the cohort.
Specialisation: Students branched into focused technical streams — C# .NET, SQL Server Advanced, Manual Testing, and MS BI Advanced — building depth in their chosen domain alongside peers in parallel tracks.
Integration & Industry Readiness: Angular development, GitHub project deployment, business skill enhancement, expert industry sessions, and final assessments ensured students were evaluated on both technical output and professional readiness.

While the BFIL program delivered strong domain-specific outcomes, TOOOPLE's Applied Project Development (APD) framework — endorsed by NOCN (UK) — adds an internationally recognised dimension to exactly this kind of industry connect program.
Under APD, students don't just learn technology — they apply it through a structured, assessed project lifecycle: researching a real problem (Unit 100), building and delivering a solution (Unit 200), and reflecting critically on outcomes (Unit 300). Each stage is mentor-guided and evaluated against global standards, resulting in an NOCN (UK) regulated qualification that validates both technical and professional competencies.
