Description of Program
The Restore Instruct Support and Education (RISE) is a substance use disorder program implemented in Tomball ISD made possible by funding from the Tomball Regional Health Foundation. RISE provides substance use disorder assessment and intervention support for students referred by parents, teachers or through the campus disciplinary process. The RISE program is our attempt to address the root cause of substance use disorder, through education and counseling, as an alternative to the discipline process alone.
