Clearhope

Clearhope provides tele-mental health, face to face community office-based, and on-campus mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and prescribed counseling services for students, families, and groups. Additionally, Clearhope offers case consultation, case staffing, TEA approved trauma and grief-informed training and support to school counselors and campus/district mental health professionals.

Referrals

Parents can call Clearhope directly for office-based services at 281-769-2238. Clearhope will work with families on the payment option that best meets their needs (insurance, self-pay etc.).

Counselor Corner

For students who are going through the campus RtI/MTSS process, Counselors obtain the Consent to Refer (Spanish) from parents and use the Clearhope School Portal to make the referral.  See the Clearhope Referral Guidelines for more details.
