Computer Science (CS) can be a scary topic for people of all ages. Google has created an environment that makes this process simpler for teachers and students. With their TLDSB Google accounts, teachers can create a CS class for their students and provide them with pre-made lessons for their students. See below for more information on how to get started!

On this page you will click on the "I'm a teacher" option and then accept the permission prompts that may follow.
Once you are in you can create a class. If you use Google Classroom, click on the Get started button under "Connect your dashboard with Google Classroom". Then click on Connect with Classroom when the 'Connect CS First with Google Classroom' window appears. Click Allow.
Now click on the link create a class or the + Create class button. All of your Google Classrooms will now populate. Choose as many classes as you would like. Click on import.
Click on one of your classes. Click on Add CS First units link to explore modules that you can add to your class. View the activities provided. Full instructions will be available so that you do not need to be an expert. Uncertain where to start, click here.
