I. To Add Four More Articles to the Church Basic Beliefs.
Suggestions:
Believe that the Old and New Testament of the Holy Bible are inspired by God, and the only Scriptures to testify the truth.
Believe that our church is established through the Holy Spirit of the latter rain, and that she is the true church that revives from the original church.
Believe that we are saved by grace through faith, but we must strive to be holy with the help of the Holy Spirit and carry out the teachings of Christ in reverence to God and love to others.
Believe that the Lord Jesus will descend from heaven on the last day to judge all men; the righteous will have eternal life while the wicked will be condemned to eternal punishment
Resolution:
The original proposal was amended and passed as follows:
Believe that the Old and New Testament of the Holy Bible are inspired by God, the only Scriptures to testify the truth, and the standard for Christian living.
Believe that our church is established by the Lord Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit of the latter rain, and that she is the true church that revives the church of the apostolic era.
Believe that salvation is by grace through faith. However, it is necessary to rely on the Holy Spirit to pursue holiness, to fulfill the teachings of the Bible, to fear God and to love men.
Believe that the Lord Jesus will descend from heaven on the last day to judge all men; the righteous will have eternal life while the wicked will be condemned to eternal punishment.

I. Can Deacons be Ordained as Elders?
Suggestions:
Deacons can be ordained as elders if they assume the work of an overseer and meet the qualifications.
The procedure of ordination should be followed according to those of elder and deacon.
Resolution:
The ordination of a deacon may change to that of an elder. The details will be studied further by the Executive Committee of the International Assembly (IA).
Note:
Resolution of the 1st Executive Committee’s 1st meeting: Deacons who meet the qualifications in accordance with the Bible may be ordained as elders by laying of hands.
II. Should the Worship Be Unified?
Rationale:
Should benediction with raised hands be made mandatory before the service concludes?
When administering the sacraments (e.g., water baptism, Holy Communion), should they wear specific garments (e.g., white or black robes)?
When partaking the Holy Communion, is it necessary to wait for one another, or may the members partake the bread and cup upon receiving them?
Suggestions:
Church worship should be unified
It is not necessary to impose rigid rule.
