This week we have had our Tithe Farm's Got Talent extravaganza! Over the week, the children have auditioned for a place in the grand final. Over the week talents which were showcased included: singing, dancing, magic shows, gymnastics, ventriloquism, piano playing and many more! We have been so impressed by the high standard of the auditions and therefore we have split the finals. The Key Stage 2 grand final will be taking place this afternoon, in front of a panel of guest judges. Early Years and Key Stage 1 will have their final next week. Look out for pictures and more information about the winners in next week's news letter!
Thank-you to all of our families who attended our SEND parents evening this week. It was a lovely opportunity for us to share your child's successes and start to make plans for next year.
This week summer has finally made an appearance. Please ensure that children come to school with a cap/hat, water and sun-cream applied.
On Tuesday 25th June, our Central Bedfordshire Travel Officer will be in school to security mark children's bikes.
If you would like your children's bike security marked, children should ride their bikes to school on Tuesday and store they bikes in the bike rack outside the main hall.
Two stickers will be placed on your child's boke frame in two different places. You will receive a QR code with an individualised code. Once home all you need to do is scan the QR code and register the bike. If the registered bike is then stolen and recovered by the police, it can be returned to you.
This week in my assemblies, I have been speaking to the children about mutual respect. We looked at this in the context of the British Values and also our school rules.
Through mutual respect, and a celebration of the many talents each and every one of our learners bring to our school we foster and develop inclusive citizens.

This week many children have suffered with a vomiting bug. When children have sickness they must remain off school for 48 hours after the last bought of illness. This will ensure that bugs are not spread around school.
We have increased cleaning of the toilets and have been reminding and showing the children to clean their hands properly and regularly to help stop the spread.

The Hobgoblin Theatre Company will be performing' The Unusual Adventures of Robin Hood' at Houghton Hall Park on Wednesday 31st July.
It's a musical all about Robin Hood, the dastardly Sherriff of Nottingham, the witty Maid Marion and of course Robin's troop of Merry Men! The show is very much in the tone of all our Hobgoblin shows- fast paced fun, pretty silly and this time, with songs too!
The ticket link for the show and more info can be found here.https://www.hobgoblintheatrecompany.co.uk/robin-hood-dates-and-booking
