INITIATING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Select Registration from Tender arena's top menu and then press the Register as a contractor button.

You will then be redirected to the NIPEZ Portal's website and prompted to create a user account.

Successful registration of "an entity" (economic operator) allows the use of multiple connected public procurement electronic tools — including Tender arena — operated in the Czech Republic, all via a single user account.

WHAT IS THE NIPEZ PORTAL?

The NIPEZ Portal is the central interface for managing entities (economic operators), user accounts and user permissions within the National Infrastructure for Electronic Procurement (NIPEZ).

Any person wishing to represent an economic operator within the NIPEZ ecosystem has to begin by creating a user account.

The following selection of user account types is available:

Select the user account type and sign in with your preferred method, then follow these steps:

Fill out the missing required information (e-mail address and phone number) and press the confirmation button.

A system message will show up, telling you to check your inbox, as you should be receiving a verification link shortly.

Click the link in the received message to verify your e-mail address.

Upon verifying the e-mail and signing in again, you will be welcomed by the NIPEZ Portal's main menu:

REGISTERING AN ENTITY

Select Register a new entity from the menu. If no entity to represent is available, press Register entity not listed.

Then select the entity type:

Follow the instructions to complete the registration of the selected entity type. Once the administrator of the NIPEZ Portal verifies the registration, you will be able to log in to Tender arena and represent the chosen entity.

logging in to TENDER ARENA

Select Login from Tender arena's top menu and then press Log in as NIPEZ.

Upon selecting the login method and successfully logging in, the user is redirected back to Tender arena's website. If the user's permissions allow the representation of multiple entities (economic operators) simultaneously, first you have to choose under which entity you want to continue:

The name of the chosen entity is then visible below the user's name in the top right corner:

If you wish to choose a different entity to represent, you have to log out and log in again.
