The management of the organizational structure and users can be found in the FEN system, which is also the administrator of your contractor's user account.
This manual requires:
The user is on the FEN.cz website
User is logged in
After logging in your username will be displayed in the main top menu. After clicking on it you get options from which you should select and click on Contractor Details.
The Contractor Details consists of data about the contractor, a list of users and a list of organizational units. These lists are used to manage the structure of the organization. By clicking on a specific entry in the lists, the user gets to the detail of the given user or organizational unit.
In order to change the structure and details of administration, you need to be logged in with a user account that has an administrator role assigned to the organization. When creating a contractor, the first account created is automatically assigned the administrator role. Since then, all other accounts in the organization are fully under the control of the contractor through this account. How to subsequently manage users, organizational units, user roles is described below.
Therefore, if we are working with an account that has sufficient permissions, the Create buttons are available for units and users lists. Use this button to add a new unit or user. To edit the information on the displayed record, use the Edit buttons in the bottom line of the form. The form switches to the editing view. If you want to save our changes, select the Save button.
To edit user roles, it is always necessary to switch to edit mode via Edit button. Here it is now possible to add or remove roles in the list as needed. After editing the roles, you need to confirm the changes again with the Save button, which will return you to the form preview.
The following 3 user roles are distinguished in the system:
Administrator - the highest permission in the system, which gives the user the ability to edit organizational structure, users and their permissions
Observer - authorization where the user is allowed to view individual tender procedures without the possibility of any modifications (role suitable for control bodies and auditors)
Contract participant - permission to submit a proposal/participation request in tender procedure. This role is also required in order to receive e-mail notifications regarding new messages sent to the user in Tender arena (it is also required to have e-mail notifications allowed in your account settings).
