The administration of entities and its users and their user permissions is carried out via the NIPEZ Portal (idm.nipez.cz).

The following user permissions (roles) are available in Tender arena:

• Administrator — the highest permission in the system, which gives the user the ability to edit entity details and the permissions of its users. Administrators can also carry out electronic tasks (send messages, submit electronic proposals...).

• Observer — users with this permission are only allowed to view procurement procedures and accompanying information (messages, proposals) without the possibility of carrying out any tasks or making changes themselves (this role is thus suitable for control bodies and auditors).

• Contract participant — allows users to carry out electronic submissions and send messages. This role is also required in order to receive e-mail notifications regarding new messages in Tender arena (simultaneously, the users have to have the e-mail notifications set as allowed in their user details).
