The user enters the electronic communication management by clicking on the envelope icon in the main menu. This envelope is displayed to the right of the username and is only available to logged-in users.
After clicking you will be redirected to the original Tender arena system to the list of received messages.

On the left, the user can switch between the individual sections.
Filtering and setting the display of the message list is possible at the top of the page.
Buttons for exporting the displayed list to a pdf or xls file are available under the list.
To view the details of the message, please click on its subject.

The detail shows not only the message itself but also the available additional relevant metadata.
On the left are buttons for reply and pdf conversion, on the right is back button.
The reply button is displayed according to the type of message.
