Hello! I’m Mr. Baylor and I am the ISS Instructor for the LAFO 7th & 8th grade campus. This is my sixth year in the district, and second year here at LAFO working in the field of academic, social and emotional support for our many students. I’m an avid sports enthusiast, who loves music, time with my family, traveling, and critical problem solving just as much. I feel that my job here is to not only set our students up for success in their Academic endeavors, but to prepare and demonstrate the critical thinking skills necessary to successfully navigate through the world once their Academic career comes to a cease. I take pride in seeing our students grow each day, and facing adversity head on with the belief that knowledge is power. As they say, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”. I’m looking forward to building those relationships with our students, and growing together one day at a time!
