The Taiwanese grape industry has undergone half a century of varietal improvements and technological breakthroughs, successfully developing a unique industry system under subtropical climate conditions. According to statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture, the grape cultivation area in Taiwan exceeds 3,000 hectares, with 88% of the produced grapes being table grapes, and 12% being used for processing.
